Getting below error while selecting packages as an export with bot 

As a beginner I run through the Automation360 video “Getting started with building bots”. Capturing a csv table and paste into Excel doesn´t go well. Everything is pasted in column A, not column separated as the csv file describes. So the bot doesn´t find correct data in column A and B etc. How should I make the bot separate the columns directly in Excel? The parameters are: ANSI, comma separated, .csv file.  

I want to read an email subject and message of the mail and write it into an csv/txt file ?

it does not let me log on the text file, i hadnt had this error before 

I have this issue, I can't delete my local device as it is part of an active bot deployment according to automation anywhere. The problem is that no bots are currently running. I have tried everything, to uninstall and re-install the bot agent, I have tried to delete about every file on my computer related to automation anywhere. There is nothing to do, I am still facing the same error. I can’t add a new device as I am using the community edition. What should I do at this point ? I tried contacting Automation Anywhere several times, they completely ignored our request despite promising that someone would call us. It’s been about 3 weeks now and this is not resolving.

I uninstalled the bot agent, used the uninstall.batch file on C:\Program Files\Automation Anywhere\Bot Agent while i was trying to install the bot agent, it gave this error” Unable to connect to the Control Room and it may be due to not being able validate the SSL certificate presented by the Control Room.This may be due to multiple reasons. To continue, please 1. Check to see if the SSL certificate has been added to the Java Key Store that is bundled with the bot agent. Then, try again.If you continue to see this message, please contact your system administrator.” what should i do next?

How can I fetch data between two date ranges using select query?For eg I want the records that lie in the month of Oct 2022-Dec 2022. I am using below select query : select * from [Sheet1$$] where [Date] BETWEEN #10/1/2022# AND #12/31/2022#  the query is giving me records of every year for the months of Oct-Dec instead I want the records for just 3 months (Oct,Nov,Dec) of the year 2022.P.S. - I am using excel as database

The send email command is failing with the below error. Username '' in email setting option and From Email 'xxxx@xxx.com' within Send Email command should be same.Please ensure both emails are same and try again.

Hi Guys, While running the code in a production server (unattended mode), I am getting an error when it is trying to run a basic select query in an excel and getting an error as below : The connection for viewing your linked Microsoft Excel worksheet was lost. I am getting this error on the exact same line where the select query is written and I was not getting this kind of error before (not even once!) . Surprisingly when I log in to the VM & run the code again, it runs fine. Any suggestions or resolutions please ?

I’ve got a very simple BOT I started testing with:Excel Advanced Opens Excel file Excel Advanced Gets multiple cells and saves to data tableEach time it fails on step 2 saying “Zulu Platform x64 Architecture has stopped working”. There are 32,000 rows in the excel sheet. I’ve also tried just grabbing 5000 rows but same error.I’ve done this before in other BOTs so I don’t know what the deal is here. Any help would be appreciated.

Bot Creatorユーザーが使うパソコンに、ネットワーク通信キャプチャツール「Fiddler」をインストールして以降、Fiddlerを立ち上げてないとローカルデバイスの接続ができなくなりました。Bot Creatorユーザーが使うパソコンを立ち上げた直後、BotAgentサービスは正常に開始中になります。Control Roomでデバイスのステータスは「接続中」です。ところが、Bot Creatorユーザーでログインしてもローカルデバイスが「接続中」になりません。ここでFiddlerを立ち上げると、ローカルデバイスが「接続中」になります。一旦ローカルデバイスが「接続中」になった後は、Bot Creatorユーザーをログアウトするまで、ローカルデバイスが「接続中」のまま使えます。BotAgentがローカルデバイスを接続するときにProxyを使うように記憶してしまっているように思われます。BotAgentが記憶しているProxy設定をリセットする方法があれば、この問題を解決と思うのですが、何か良い方法はないでしょうか？(Botエージェントのバージョン：21.210)

So i have a bot and the bot runs successfully in the development and the production environment.I notice that it works fine when we open the VM, but if we minimized the VM the bot failed to capture an object,Here is the Scheme. PC → VM → run the bot (unattended)Is there an option to make sure the bot runs succesfully even if i minimized the VM?

We are deploying a bot via API and the dev team wants to pass in a nested dictionary, a list of dictionaries, so to speak.  Is this possible?  If not, can json be passed in a string variable and then the json action package parse out what we need?

Hey- I’ve noticed that I can convert a string to a number or vice versa using syntax like this: $YourStringVariable.String:toNumber$ I find this useful because it saves the conversion step in the interface.  I was interested to know if anyone else has suggestions for more of this type of stuff where I can use shorthand or “formula-ish” language in place of the interface? For example…..stuff like this: Can I split a string and get the position of X element in one “formula”? Can I string out specific text based on start and end in one “formula”…. rather than the clunky interface? Basically common shortcuts to cut out additional steps…..

Microsoft has a program (User Voice) where you can make software feature suggestions and these suggestions are subsequently upvoted or downvoted based on community input.  If the suggestion gets enough traction it is put on the product roadmap for development.  Is there something similar for Automation Anywhere?  There seems to be a lot of room for improvement in a number of different packages.  I have an extensive background in Excel and the way this is laid out seems to be very antiquated.  I would like to make some suggestions….

Hi Masterminds, I would appreciate if someone can help me with a most effective/simple way to convert an XLS file to XLSX. I am currently working on a project where I need to download a lot of XLS files from Oracle and later, have to work on it. The problem I am facing is, as soon as this downloaded file opens, I am getting the below warning on Excel and I am able to work if I press YES. But, I can’t do this every time neither via BOT as I am thinking it would be best to convert this file to XLSX right away after downloading it. By doing this, I can avoid this warning message as well.  I know there is a File conversion package available on Bot store but there is no option on it for this requirement. Thanks in advance. 😀

Hi,We want to upgrade our CR version to v25 since the problem of microsoft basic e-mail authentication in Exchange Online. Our current CR version is V21, on-prem.  In the https://docs.automationanywhere.com/bundle/enterprise-v2019/page/enterprise-cloud/topics/deployment-planning/on-prem-install/update-enterprise-a2019.html page, it is recommended that our version is one of the n-3 versions before upgrading to v25 (n) version. Thus, where can we find the previous v24 and v25 packages to download?In addition to this, we would like to ask to make sure that if we can solve the problem of microsoft basic e-mail authentication in Exchange Online just by upgrading the email package to 3.14.3-20220923-220748 without upgrading the CR to v25 version. If it is possible, where can we download Email package with OAuth 2.0 support? (I think its version is 3.14.3-20220923-220748) Best Regards,
