Hi Team,I resubmitted the Agentic solution on 1st October 2026. Could you please let me know when I can expect feedback or a response from the review team? Thanks,Kawishka Wimalarathna

I have kept the folder names as per order still unable to check in why so

It doesn't let me cancel this process, can you help me? I already checked all the ways it can be canceled or sent to history, and it won't let me.

I have a few processes running, as in the attached screenshot. I need help stopping them so that I can deploy a new run.  I’ve stopped the bot agent service and re-established the connection but the run is still continuing. There are a few local executions to be done. so the bot agent does need to run locally in between. But since I can’t stop the agent, I am unable to deploy a new run.

Pleas e refer to the images and let me know if the directory structure can be followed. My username is the correct case-sensitive name as my folder.

Good day, Automation Anywhere Team. I would like to lodge a complaint concerning my control room. It has been migrated but Ido not have access to some features like the OAuth connections, API Task and other features that are essential for my capstone project completion. I would really appreciate if this is rectified as soon as possible. Thank you.

Hello everyone! I’m an Operations Manager interested in using automation to make everyday processes smoother, reduce manual work, and improve team efficiency.I’m currently learning Automation Anywhere and would love to hear from the community: what was the first practical automation you built that delivered real value?I’m especially interested in simple use cases related to data entry, reporting, file handling, or repetitive operational tasks. Looking forward to learning from your experiences and connecting with fellow automation professionals.

I’m currently learning Automation Anywhere and would love some inspiration from the community. What was your first project, and what did it teach you? I’m especially interested in practical, operations-focused use cases.

Hello Community,I am currently working on the migration of an RPA process from Power Automate Desktop to Automation Anywhere 360.The process reviews Internal Platform mailboxes (Notifications and Messages), generates reports, and must run automatically every day at 12:00 AM without user intervention. The client plans to provide a single machine where the bot will be both developed and executed in production.I would like to confirm the licensing requirements for this scenario. My current understanding is that the following would be required:- Automation Anywhere 360 Enterprise (Control Room access)- 1 Bot Creator license for development and maintenance- 1 Unattended Bot Runner Run-time license for scheduled unattended execution Is this the correct licensing approach if development and execution will occur on the same machine?Or is there any licensing model that would allow both development and unattended execution using a single license?I would appreciate any guidance or recommendations

could not access the oauth app(It is not accepting my mail id). When i tried to raise the support ticket, am not able to login that as well.

the control room is connected but cant able to run the bot. This is the issue coming.

Hi Automation Experts,I’m just finishing the Essentials Certification and I would like to get some practice with Automation Anywhere. Could anyone use some assistance on a project? I’m happy to offer assistance at no cost in exchange for the hands-on experience. Please let me know if you’d be interested in connecting. Thanks,Dana

Hi Team, I would like to know if the self healing capability is available in the community edition of automation anywhere A360 or we do require to purchase the Automator license for use. As of now in community edition i could not find the Generative AI fallback. There are not seperate commands as well. there is one command called Generative AI which is different from the recorder command Regards,Kamaraj

Hi team,I have signed up for Community Edition Yesterday. I have not received any credentials or a link to set up a password whatsoever. What do I need to do?Submission was sucessful, I’v got the mail “Get to work in Community Edition in 3 steps” but in the set up guide provided, it clearly states that I should have received another mail with Credentials.Checked spam, not there. I am using my personal email ending @gmail.com I have sent an email to community@automationanywhere.com as well but they didn’t respond since yesterday.Any thoughts? I am a BSCS last year student and trying to learn RPA using Automation Anywhere in my summers break but the first step of downloading community edition has become a barrier for me (* ~ *)

Hi everyone,I am using Automation Anywhere 360 Community Edition on Microsoft Edge. I have also tested the same scenario on Google Chrome and got the same result. When I use the Recorder: Capture action and click Refresh to select an application or browser, the following error appears:"There was a problem at line 1.Code: ba.bot.execution.error.without.reason" Additionally, the same error occurs when I try to use the Recorder to record actions. Some additional details:- The Automation Anywhere browser extension is installed and enabled.- Window > Get Active Window works correctly.- The error occurs while configuring the Recorder: Capture action, before running the bot.- No applications or browsers are displayed after clicking Refresh.- I am using a corporate laptop with a standard user account (not a local administrator). I found a previous post where the issue was reportedly resolved by:1. Clearing the browser extension cache and reinstalling the extension2. Cleaning the Bot Agent co

I am getting this error while trying to get the active browser tabs during recording

Hello,Yesterday, when I clicked “Run” to execute an API task bot, the task got stuck in “Queued” status at action “Waiting for next available on demand device”. There are also pending executions from a long time ago, but I’ve executed tasks with those in progress before. I am using Community Edition. My goal is to run bots in attended mode, but with this item in queue I receive the message below when I try to run anything. Some solutions I’ve tried: Reinstalling the Bot Agent.Following the 3 methods in this topic: A360: "BOT stuck in In Progress Stage and not able to move it to history" or "BOT stuck in Pending execution Stage and not able to move it to history"I also confirmed that I can authenticate successfully against the v3 API, but the activity returns canManage: false. Is there any other way to cancel or clear this queued AARI request that I can try from the Community Edition environment? Thank you in advance for any guidance or suggestions!

Hello everyone,I am having issues with Automation Anywhere and would appreciate some help. I would also like to clarify I am using macOS. The first and main issue is with the bot running. Whenever I am capturing items from a webpage, the automation is paused until I manually open the webpage and have the items I want to capture visible on my screen.Even if the tab is open and when run in background is checked, it does not seem to capture the item. An example is when I open an Excel file and then open browser. It stays on the screen of excel file and does not do anything until I manually go to Chrome.Even when I am on Chrome I have to keep clicking on the tab if I want to capture items which is problematic as I want it to capture without me manually clicking all the time to have it on my screen. The second issue is with the recorder icon capturing things in another window. It keeps returning an error stating an unexpected problem and asks me to refresh window list. I tried disabling and

I’m running into an issue trying to get bots to run on macOS in Automation 360 (v.37). I’ve followed the official setup steps from the macOS support release notes below but no matter what I do, the bots fail as soon as I try to run them. The Bot Agent installs fine, connects to the Control Room without any issues, and I can see the device as online. I’ve also made sure to set the platform to macOS when creating the bot. But when I try to run it (even something really simple, like displaying a message box), it fails immediately with no real error details in the logs.So far, I’ve restarted both the Mac and the Bot Agent, uninstalled and reinstalled the Bot Agent, and cleared the global cache. I also created a brand-new test bot using only macOS-supported packages, and confirmed that the bot is correctly assigned to the macOS device in the Control Room.Any help or guidance would be appreciated! macOS support v.37 release
