Why do I get “unable to log to file” error?

it does not let me log on the text file, i hadnt had this error before

    Verify folder permission and try to create manually  the file Logs.txt and verify if it isnt using by other application. Another option is try to create the file Logs.txt in a different path like folder  Documents

      Hello @Raul Jaimes 

      I just figured out that it does not let me create txt file in the Mt940… path.(it only lets me create folder in that folder)

      but i can create txt file in other paths.
