Hi all! Thanks for the great best-in-class learning content, amazing! Keep up the good work.On the Expert certification page it is stated that the new Expert certification is coming soon.Is the actual date known? Will the corresponding Automation Developer Career Quest - Scale Phase (Beta) be expanded in the near future or are the current 8 courses in there sufficient for the Expert certification? (off course with all the Start and Accelerate courses successfully finished and certified for the Essentials and Advanced certification)Thanks!

Urgent Assistance Required for AA360 Community Edition Issues During Master Certification

I am currently participating in the Automation Anywhere Master Certification examination and facing critical issues in the AA360 Community Edition, which are hindering my progress. Until last week, all my bots were functioning perfectly; however, I have started experiencing the following problems:1. Excel Actions Issue:Whenever I use Excel actions (e.g., Open Excel), I receive the following error:"Not able to connect. Open Excel command. Contact your system administrator."2. Recorder Action Issue:While attempting to use Recorder actions, the following error occurs:"Internal error with Recorder action."These issues have significantly impacted my ability to complete the tasks required for the certification. With only a few days remaining for submission, I kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving these problems.Please let me know if there are any workarounds or steps I can take to address these issues. Require VM series and VM size recommendation to run 10 + bots parallelly that suits SAP HANA overload for AVD multi session host

We recently upgraded from VDI to AVD for DEV, VAL  and PROD environments. The VM series provided by INFRA team was “ Standard E8s v5 “.  Observed AVD slowness , BOT slowness, SAP HANA slowness. CPU  % also hitting 100% very frequently.Hence we upgraded to  VM series “E20as_v5”.  Still it is not that beneficial. Our target is to run almost 10+ bots parallelly. But not more than 3 bots are running smoothly. We still observe AVD slowness , BOT slowness, SAP HANA slowness. CPU  usage %  still  hitting 100%. Infra team confirmed there is no doubtful process running at background. can someone help with  recommended VM series and Size  for AVD to run 10+ bots and also handle SAP HANA  workload since both of the above E series performance is not as expected.

Recorder actions are not working with chrome browser after the browser version upgraded to latest version

Hello Team,In January, automations stopped working when chrome version was updated. Bot is adding @ symbol to formulas when running, how to prevent/remove?

I am trying to add a formula an Excel workbook using AA, but the bot adds the @ symbol making it not work correctly.  Is there a way to use the Set Cell Formula to not include the @ symbol when the bot runs?  =FILTER(UNIQUE($sMasterDataTabName$!F:F), (UNIQUE($sMasterDataTabName$!F:F) <> 0)) Turns into=@FILTER(UNIQUE($sMasterDataTabName$!F:F), (UNIQUE($sMasterDataTabName$!F:F) <> 0))

Unable to identify/extract Thai charecters using Automation Anywhere Tasks

Hi Team,I have a Thai language pdf where i need to extract the data from PDF. But when i try to extract the data from that PDF i am getting boxes instead of Thai characters. I have tried multiple way to read the data from PDF like PDF extract text activity and converted pdf to image and extracted data from that PDF. In all the way the extracted data is showing as boxes.Please suggest possible ways to extract/identify thai characters using automation anywhere.Thanks in advance

Error when running bot

Hello everybody. All good? I'm studying Pathfinder, I've already received my credentials, and I've already installed the bot on the machine and the extension. However, when I'm taking the class and I create the first bot, the following error appears: "License not foundAn Automation Co-Pilot license is required to use this application", I enter the username and password but it doesn't help, and finally this message appears in the browser Control Room "User not logged into the machine.This may be due to multiple reasons.1. Check that your username and domain name is correct in the provided device login credentials.2. Login into the machine as that user before running the bot.3. Some other users may have logged into the machine.If you continue to see this message, please contact your system administrator.Code: user.not.logged.inDevice username" Thank you in advance for your help.

Question on End to End Week 4

I am in week 4 of the Document Automation Class.  I have three questions.    In the original slide the screen showsWhere do the “documents” come from?  Are these the test documents from week 1?     The instructor skips over setting these up, which I believe leads to and error in my flow.  See question #3.    The output option does not show up on my flow.  What did I do wrong

Good afternoon Automation Anywhere People, how are you?I am doing the first exercise of the 4rd week (END-TO-END-SOLUTION) and this exercise is related with the 4 exercise of the 1st. week (CLASSIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS). The name of the bots created in the 1st. week are: TRAIN CLASSIFICATION MODEL, TEST CLASSIFICATION AND ADVANCED CLASSIFIER - TRAIN. Document Automation Training Camp Classification Documents Issue

 Hello everyone, I need some help please.I am doing the Document Automation Training Camp videos and examples and in the classification video I came up with the following issue:This may be due to the following reason: The training files are below the minimum threshold of 15 for the categories: Bank_Statements, Credit_Memo, Invoices, Mortgage_Apps, Purchase_Orders, Utility_Bills. Include additional files. Location: Classification (line 1) To continue, edit the bot and fix the error. Then, try again. I am using the folders and files exactly as they are provided in the course, but still I am getting this error. Is this a general error that in the AA action? How to import the Post Processing Bot in the exercise Data Manipulation and Enrichment
