Remote Desktop Session Issue

Hi All,I am facing an issue in my RDP where I am deploying the bot. The bot is using excel loop commands to compare data between two excel files because of which the RDP session is getting locked due to long time of inactivity.Need some help on how to mitigate this. Any script I can deploy or any changes I can make in RDP properties to prevent this from happening & keep the RDP session active.P.S. --- I am deploying the bot in unattended mode.

I have now attempted to try and obtain a community edition download 4 times and 4 times i havent received an email with a link on how to do so. I have checked my junk email and also my on hold messages. I just never seem to receive the email

Running JavaScript on Web Elements Embedded in a Windows Application

HI,I have a Windows application that includes embedded web fields, and I need to run JavaScript to perform certain actions on these web elements. However, running JavaScript with a browser will only work with actual browsers. In my case, I need a solution to execute JavaScript directly on the web elements within the Windows application. How can I achieve this?Any suggestions or guidance would be Greatly appreciated. Note: Tried Capturing with all three technologies, but not working for many fields@Micah.Smith

Unable to update credential in CV using API and Encryption Key

Hi, I’m trying to update a credential using the CV APIsI’m following this workflow1 - Authentication - {url}/v2/authentication - Done2 - List credentials - {url}/v2/credentialvault/credentials/list - Done3 - List credential attributes - {url}/v2/credentialvault/credentials/{id}/attributevalues - Done4 - Get Public Key - {url}/v2/credentialvault/keys/transport/public - Done at this point, I have the necessary to call the endpoint that update the attribute value5 - Update Attribute Value - /v2/credentialvault/credentials/{id}/attributevalues/{attributeValueId}?encryptionKey={publickey} When i request the put call the endpoint i receive the next message:{"code":"cv.validation.secure.keys.transport.invalid","details":null,"message":"The encryption key is incorrect"} the public key that i use in the Query Parameter is the string contained in the publicKey node of the step 4.Can anyone face the same issue?Any ideas to solve the problem?

HI guys,We have an automation in saleforce app. We do not use connectors/licences etc. We do use recorder captures in various windows. However we’ve experienced that after each Saleforce maintenance captures stop to work due to change in object properties. Do you also have the same experience? Any idea how to handle this, please?Thanks

Unable to perform Drag and Drop in A360 using Web Automation Action

Hi All,We are trying to perform Drag and Drop action for one of our process and facing below challenges.Please find the below:Our requirement is to Drag “SQL Query” tab and drop in “Drop Activity” workplace.Our Code – Using Web Automation Package :Step 1: We are starting the sessionStep 2: We have provided the element value for “From” and “To” element .Step 3: End Session. Result : Bot run Successful, but drag and drop is not performed ( which means, “SQL Query” tab is not moved to right side (Under “Drop Activity”)).Can someone guide me how to achive this step?Is there any alternative ways to perform Drag and Drop?Thanks

runtime issue in automation anywhere community control room

Hi Team, I am getting this error whenever i am try to run the bot “file=C:\Users\KAS1020\AppData\Local\AA\messaging\c5986c93-8c4c-4e6b-a737-1e3f32ac7f27_fa2f84b11b2bca32\request\metadata.cq4tIf the problem persists, please contact your system administrator.” This path doesn’t exist in my system and while installing i haven’t had selected this location as well.Could anyone please help me to resolve this issue?

Could someone recommend a best solution to handle drag and drop actions using AA bots, specially to work on ServiceNow/Salesforce

Are there two types of AA Co-pilots?

I keep hearing about automation co-pilots referring to AI chatbots, similar to microsoft co-pilots.But, for my company I also noticed that we have a desktop application called Automation Co-pilots and this application basically allows for us to run bots (linked below) How do I configure this automation co-pilot application so that I can run other bots from it, not just the one that is listed in the image. Thank you
