WLM: Unknown work item

Hello everyone,Currently, we are facing with a critical issue when using Workload Management. There is 1 queue and queue’s item will be deployed to a Device pool (that includes 5 Devices). Sometimes, the work item was deployed to 1 device, but there are no automation was executed on device. You can see our queue:  The item 1174 was deploy to Device 4579, but bot did not run on Device 4579. And after 1 minutes, other item (id 1175) was deploy to Device 4579, and this time, it was successful.So could you please help me troubleshooting this issue?

Session error when trying to run child bot

Hi,  I am getting the below error.I checked all the lines and the session name is same in all of them. I also checked if I am using the advanced version in all steps, and that is also correct. Line 14 is the child bot where the error is coming, and there also the session name is correct as seen in the third screenshot. Can someone help? Thanks

Bad Gateway

Seeking Assistance for HTML Button Trigger to Start Automation Anywhere 360 Bot

I am reaching out to you with a technical request and would greatly appreciate your expertise and guidance on a project I'm currently working on. I very new automation anywhere 360 and just begin my learning on RPA. I am aiming to enable users to trigger\start the Automation Anywhere 360 bot by simply clicking the button on the HTML page.  So, once the button is clicked, I would like the Automation Anywhere 360 bot to begin executing its designated tasks. I genuinely appreciate any support or suggestions you can offer. Device Pools - Clarification Needed

Hello,We are new to the RPA journey and want to clarify if the below items are possible in A360:Can a single user/auto-login device be set up in a device pool? How do you run an automation utilizing the the device pool without selecting a device?We are are able to add our devices to pools, but when attempting to run and/or schedule automations we are still prompted to select a user/device. Users are currently set with a default device. Trying to understand if we need to convert everything to multi-user setup.

issue for Enterprise Robot to Community Edition

I am a Chinese user of Enterprise Edition and have my own AA server. Due to the withdrawal of AA from China, there is no way to use the enterprise version. I am using the community edition now, how can I import the robots I deployed on the enterprise edition to the community edition? Can you give me some advice?  thanks very  much .

Domain dropdown is not listing

Hey Guys,I have been trying to login into automation anywhere control room but the dropdown list is not populating for the domain. Checking out/In Doesn't Complete

When checking a bot out and back in I my Control Rooms still says the bot is checked out.It then gets stuck like this.If I cancel the check out, then the bot status does reset to “Public” and oddly the bot has got the new changes. So it seems to have worked. The bot history is missing the new version.The bot before was on V1 with old packages, can this be a factor.

Exception Handling

Whats the validity of initial TRY/ CATCH Block? Will it be in use even after the next TRY/CATCH Block? TRY - 1….TRY - 2 CATCH - 2 ACTIONS 1  CATCH - 1 Will actions 1 will be handled by TRY 1? I remember reading somewhere that the validity of first TRY ends when the next TRY comes.. I understand that the TRY 2 is only for actions within that block

Dowload folder incognito mode chrome

Hello, Until couple of days ago when the bot downloaded a file in the incognito mode the file was stored by default in the Download folder. There was a Chrome update and now when it downloads the file  A new tab (Untitled) opens  The Save as window pops up and unfortunately the default folder is desktop instead of Downloads. How can I set the default folder to be “Downloads” ? (In the Chrome preferences it is set up correctlyThanks

SNMP Send Trap: How do you add Variable Bindings?

How to read all email replies in Inbox?

I connect email host with POP3.But it does not loop over mails that are in inbox.The email thats seemed as SentItems which the bot sends email, and others are replies.But it does not loop over emails, it says “provided connection details are invalid”

Setting a user's device login credentials through API

I am curious if anyone has done this or knows whether it is possible. I have a customer that needs to rotate the windows device password for the unattended bot runner account every 30 days. They would like to set it up to run through the API, being called either from their DevOps pipeline or a script (PostMan, PS, whatever works). I have been looking through the swagger examples under User, but cannot seem to get the syntax correct, and am having trouble with the dearth of documentation. If anyone has an example, that would be much appreciated.
