I am still not able to get a proper connection. I’ve tried several things. I signed completely out and started over. I updated the PW under both the My Profile and Devices section of Settings so that they all match. See screen prints.
I was delayed in starting the course and I’m trying to make sure I will be successful. I do not think I be able to proceed far in the course until I get this resolved.
Please, any help would be appreciated.

Try leaving the password field empty. It's looking for your local device password, not your CR password, but most of the time I leave it empty for the device.
I tried that but it is still not working. When I blank out the PW the Save and Retry button is greyed out and unable to run. I tried blanking the PW out of the settings, but it still defaults in the PW.
Not sure how to force it to find and bring in the PW.
At a command prompt, enter the command “whoami” (all one word). It should return something like this:
domainname\username
It appears you have that correct with OLIDRI\MarkBur, but this is just to verify.
Your device password is likely NOT the same as your control room password. It would be your local user account password. You may need to contact your IT department if you don’t know what it is.
Select your username in the lower-left of the screen, then click Settings, then select Devices. You should see the same information for username and password. Try emptying your password here.
This has been resolved.
I got with my local network admin/help desk and together we uninstalled the Bot Agent and went through the installation process again, not making any password updates and my “Hello World” Bot processed properly.
