Hi,

I created a new learning instance (Invoices - Vatsal - Training 2024-10-21) but when I click on Process action, nothing happens and my request remains in the Open state in the View status queue.

I am NOT able to move ahead with the Week 2 Game Plan trainings due to this issue. Kindly help resolve this issue.

The first time you run one, it can take a long time to download the corresponding OCR engine/packages. Dependent on internet speeds, it could be 20+ min. Check the globalcache directory, and see if its continuing to expand in size, that would let you know if something is still downloading or not.

Yes, I checked the package module and once the relevant packages were downloaded, it started working! Week 2 Game Plan is completed! :)
