Co-Pilot 500 : DOCUMENT_FAILED

Hi all, 

We are having this issue of Co-Pilot not wanting to extract documents. Some machines give this error while other don’t. Some did and then later worked again. We restarted the service, uninstalled and installed the bot agent with no success. I have looked and could not find a working solution online.

 

This is the error: EXTRACT_FAILED - [Native] : 500 : DOCUMENT_FAILED : The file cannot be processed, it may be corrupted. Please contact technical support if the file is valid.
