Unable to install or uninstall Bot agent. Getting error like network resource unavailable.

Hello team,

I am not able to install or uninstall bot agent in my machine. I am getting network resource unavailable error every time. I tried to uninstall the bot agent from control panel and still getting the same error.

Please help me with this issue. Attached the error message here.
