I’m getting the below error message when trying to create Train Classification Model. Please can someone help me fix the issue?

There was a problem at line 1

This may be due to the following reason: The training files are below the minimum threshold of 15 for the categories: Document Automation. Include additional files. Location: Train Classification Model (line 1)

To continue, edit the bot and fix the error. Then, try again. If you continue to see this message, please contact your system administrator.

Code: bot.execution.error

You need to gather 15 or more documents, then put them into a folder. Inside that folder, create subfolders with the kind of document it is like this:

Once the documents are in place, run the Document Classifier > Train Classifier on the parent folder (the folder that contains the subfolders). This will create a model file. That model is the file you will use to organize a bunch of disorganized files into the same file structure you defined above.

Let’s start at the beginning: Do you have 15 or more training documents in your training directory? Are they organized into folders that describe what kind of documents they are?

Hello Aaron, thanks for the reply.

I am using the folders/files provided by Automation Anywhere for the Document Automation Training Camp, which is the following one:

https://rpademo.automationanywhere.com/downloads/document_automation.zip

I think it is in the format that you mention me? And it seems each folder has 20 files, but it is still showing the error.

Well, that’s interesting.  🤔  Let me see if I can duplicate the error.

Opening the archive and extracting the files to my desktop, I see a folder structure of “Document Automation” then “Classification”, then “Train” and “Test”. I’m going to set my training folder to this “Train” folder.

I ran the task bot and got the model file created. Make sure you aren’t setting the “Training folder path” to the “Document Automation” or “Classification” folders. It MUST be the Train folder.

Ohhh thanks for trying it out yourself, I appreciate it as well as the photo. I am replicating it 100% like yours and I am still getting the error.

I was thinking something, I noticed in the packages tab that I can delete and upload packages. Do you know if I can try deleting it and reinstalling it to see if that works? In that case do you think you can provide me the download link for Document Classifier Package and try it out that way please? :O

Modifying the packages is not something we are going to do. Just keep working at it because these are the same actions that have worked well for years, even into the IQ Bot days. You're missing something, but I'm not quite sure what. Sorry I don't have a better answer for you.

@AlejandroValcor  post a picture of your config and the folder you’re pointing it to. We can sort it out
