IQ bot is not creating learning instance

HI, while uploading files to cloud it is giving error i.e unsupported format. The formats are pdf and.TIF files i am trying upload still it is giving unsupported format why? please provide me the solution

    Hi @Uppala.N, Check the file type. Accepted file sizes less than 2mb. File types: .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .pdf, .tiff, .tif
