Hi, I have been having this issue where you will see a schedule in the control room as ‘Active’ and progress 0%, with many schedules queued behind it and nothing is kicking off on the workspace. When you login to the AWS workspace, nothing is happening. In the Node Manager log, you see that there is an event that is trying to reconcile over and over again: In this instance, if I stop and start the bot agent, the event will clear and then queued schedules will begin running. I want to know what is the root cause of this and how to prevent it. AA support does not know. Hoping someone else has experienced this and can tell me the solution.

Hi, when trying to capture a browser I get an error. Then I tried to click on the assistant but nothing happens. Not sure if I did the assistant correct...but my drop down selection does not have an option for chrome. Can someone please assist?
I want to use excel file as database. Provider=Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0;Data Source="full path to your xlsx file goes here";Extended Properties="Excel 12.0 Xml;HDR=YES" when i do this, it says Could not Connect to Database. Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed.
We have noticed that our bots fail when a capture command appears (Set text, Click, ect..). Previously, these bots had no issues. Can anyone assist in identifying the probable causes of these failures?

Hi! I´m trying to run a bot but AA puts a message that the device is already running one. I uninstaled Automation in my computer and try again but its not working. I tried to delete the device but the same message appears: I also realized this: Is there any way to delete that bot in progress with Unknown status? Im so sorry for my english. I tried my best! When I try to use Database command of “Insert into” an Excel file. I get the following error: “The field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add. Try inserting or pasting less data.” How can i solve this issue. Kindly help. !!!
Hallo, I’ve prepared a Folder on a machine in a AD domain, shared this folder to a CR service User (R/W), the link is: \\TEST-REP\AutomationAnywhereRepository\ServerFiles\ where <AutomationAnywhereRepository> is a Shared folder on a machine’s <TEST-REP> C:\ Disc. Access to the shared folder tested from diffrent locations, also from CR machine. Whe trying to change a repository path in workin CR i got a mesage: What can cause that exception? Should I stop any CR services to change repository path? looking for clues, Greetings Michal
Hello, I am curious if anyone has found a way to create a credential that can be edited by more than one user or in other words the password with the credential can be changed by multiple members that are assigned. Right now I am facing an issue where the credential that I am using can only be updated by me(the creator/owner) but even after adding more owners i am still the only person who can edit it. Has anyone found a way they could share on how to make it where multiple assigned people can edit the cred? If not, does anyone have an best practices on how to manage the credential where more than just the creator can edit it?
When I click run bot - pop-up deploying to your computer - user not logged into machine (see screenshot attached) I have tried troubleshooting 1, 2 and 3 and the problem is ongoing. I’ve double checked the login credentials and they are correct. I’ve tried uninstalling the bot agent and re-installing and it also didn’t work.

Dear community, I have n Excel-Files on a certain folder which I would like to open each by each and extract data to a variable. All Excel-Files have the same amount of columns and I would like to open the first Excel-File, put the data of a static cell into a variable and afterwards use this variable to search something in SAP. I’m fine with the SAP steps, just struggling to loop through the folder, open the first Excel-File, get the number of the cell A1 there and then use this number. Afterwards to the same process for the 2nd file. I’m thankful for every hint!
I'm trying to use Sharepoint functions to obtain a file link so that it can later be used in Excel functions, but how to obtain this data is proving to be a challenge. Basically I can authenticate to Sharepoint and get results, but specifically the function of getting files is a mystery to me: the return is in a list-type variable and dictionary-type variables are stored inside it (if I understood correctly). How do I seek a refund in this case? just bringing the list ends up in error, but I have no idea how to bring the data I need.
Is Bot IQ separate from Document Automation? Is Bot IQ gone? Or are features of Bot IQ still available? is it an add on package? thanks

Hi all, I am trying to evaluation for IQ Bot on Automation 360 build 19621 using default trial license, but when I tried to register IQ Bot on 360’s setting page, we get um.app.reg.failed error? This error occurred for both the Automation Anywhere IQ Bot 11.3.5.7 and Automation 360 IQ Bot build 19621. Any help would be appreciated!

I’m trying to follow the documentation for using a VB script with parameters: (https://docs.automationanywhere.com/bundle/enterprise-v2019/page/enterprise-cloud/topics/aae-client/bot-creator/commands/vbscript-run-function.html) I have a working script which I can execute from outside of AA to add x number of business days to a date. This script is tested and working. However, I cannot get it to execute in AA. I have created a list variable for the parameters as instructed in the documentation I have added two string parameters to the list I’m using the list variable in the Parameters (optional) input for ‘Run Function’ I’m saving the output to a string variable All I get is ‘bot error’ when I run this. Note that I have tried adding quotations around the strings before adding them to the list. Same result. Can someone please tell me where I’m doing something wrong here? Here is the script for reference:
I had registered local device in community edition, but it shows disconnected now. To reset/re install the agent, I want to delete the local device, but it shows message “Cannot delete device, as it is part of an active bot deployment”. I can see 1 activity in Status = “Pending Execution” and current action = “Connecting to device ...” I’m not able to see stop/delete option to remove this activity to free up the device.
Hi, I am enrolled and excited to follow through with the boot camp program but have a question about the live coaching sessions. I am in Australia so the sessions will be at 2am in the morning and it will be extremely difficult for me to attend. Is attendance at these essential to successfully completing the course?
