Hello, I’ve just installed A360 v27 (on-prem) in one of our servers and I’ve enabled (with AAE_Admin account) the notifications. However, no notification pops up when sth happens (e.g. export bot, run bot) for any user, any ideas?
Hi All, I would like to know if there is any procedure defined to perform archiving of audit logs from Control Room. (Not to export audit logs to csv but to remove them from primary database and store them in another location for audit purposes) Are there any queries validated by product team? How many days/months/years are audit logs stored in A360? Is there any limit? Thanks for your attention

For example, select the following cells.B1-D1 & B3-D3 & B5-D5 In V11.3, it could be executed in one line by executing the command as follows.Excel:Go to cell "B1:D1,B3:D3,B5:D5".Session:BaseData1 However, even if you specify the same way, A360 will error as follows There was a problem at line 115 This may be due to the following reason: You entered an invalid cell address ,B1:D1,B3:D3,B5:D5. To continue, edit the bot and fix the error. Then, try again. If you continue to see this message, please contact your system administrator. Is it not possible to specify in one line with A360?
I have a user that is receiving the below error when they try to check in a bot. “Insufficient privileges.You do not have the permission "Check In".Please contact the system administrator to get the required permission.” I checked the AA docs regarding how to check in a bot. In the doc it says “Required: Check in permission at the folder level and at the corresponding parent folder level in the public workspace.” I’ve checked the roles up and down and I can’t find any check in permission! Does anyone know where this permission lives?
I recently migrated my bot from v11 to A360 and it's working fine in the development environment, but when I run it in the test or higher environment, I am encountering a strange issue. The main task is not executing the first sub task and I am not getting any error message. Additionally, some variables are being reassigned as blank after the run task command. I have tried checking for syntax errors and logical issues in the code, and I have also verified that all necessary dependencies and modules are properly installed and configured. However, I am still having trouble resolving this issue. If anyone has any idea of what might be causing this or has encountered a similar problem before, I would greatly appreciate any help or suggestions you can offer. Hi Team, I’m facing an issue with Email connect command. I have used EWS Server , Exchange Server 2013 with Azure cloud and provided Global values EWS Client ID & EWS Tenant ID. These logic is successfully working in Dev and UAT environments (for both Dev and UAT, Outlook username & password are same and are getting from credential vault). Production is using different set of credentials and when i run the same logic in Prod getting below error. ‘Error Message Unable to connect with EWS server. Please ensure to click on "Authorize" to authenticate and proceed. EWS Client ID and Tenant ID are same across all the environments. I need quick support on this issue I'm facing, as this is affecting the business. Regards, Lokesh
I’m using the awesome JSON Web Token Package to generate a JWT. My case includes optional header parameters, specifically the “x5t” parameter which must be included in the header. However the Private Claims parameter only adds claims to the payload section. Is there a way to include these Reserved Header Parameters in the package?
Hello, What is the easiest way to have a bot check to see if a field on a website is populated? I need to put logic in the bot I am doing that if a field is null (i.e. blank) to populate it with a period, but to leave it alone if it is already populated with text. Thanks, Jason Harper

Hi All, Does anyone know if there is any limitation on the maximum of different bots that can access the same locker at the same time? Is there any technical document on this? HI All, i have issue regarding bot is not able to run in disconnect stage. when we have login on RDP session bot is able to write action to fill the username and credential on an application but when RDP machine is in disconnected stage and when bot triggered bot is not able to wirte action on to fill the username and password in application. which cause bot going to failed. it was working fine before 2 days now only its suddenly stop working. ( RDP machine was only got disconnected by batch file only.) Please help me if anyone faced same issue in past. Thanks in advanced.

Hi everyone, what is the best way to separate a task bot with over 500 lines. Now I have a task with Excel which is with over 360 lines and may be will need more 200 lines to finish it. I have separated the bot on 3 parts and again not working good. How you are separating your boots , are there any dependencies between variables in different parts? Regards, Teodora
I am curious if anyone else has seen this. I have a customer (A360 v26) that accidentally assigned a new user with a Bot Creator license in their prod Control Room instead of Dev. We went into the User, and released the license, with the intention of moving it to the user in Dev. Now, the license shows free and available in Prod, but after waiting some time it still shows as “assigned in other Control Room” when viewed from the Licenses page in the Dev CR. In the past it has always been pretty quick to release, if I remember correctly.

Regarding Citrix Automation, the A360 comparison page says it is no longer offered (deprecated and replaced with Unified Recorder), does deprecated mean it is no longer available? I understand that the Unified Recorder will be used after the discontinuation, but in that case, will the following operation pattern be used? (In order to connect to the Citrix virtual environment, a connection between the destination virtual environment and the Control room is required.) [Control room]-[destination environment] Will the following connections be disabled? [Control room]-[Terminal on which the Bot agent is installed]-Citrix-[destination environment]

If I’m using ‘Database:Export to Data table’ activity, then how can I use the output variable of this activity in ‘Database: Insert/Update/Delete’ activity to migrate the data in database via AA 360?
the other cell calcuations are correct, but i figured out that when a cell comes as left aligned, it shows “#VALUE” Also this happens when I open csv file in the excel.xlsx Some columns are aligned well, and others are not. So when I do some calculations, it shows me #value, why does it happen? One thing i figured out that when a cell has comma, it does this on the machine. On other machine it doesnt get left aligned. I look at region language, and customiseFormat-seperators are same

On one machine, the csv seems in right format, but another machine the csv file seems not so. example: what should i change for the machine which shows me the csv file as the second screenshot?
Getting below error while selecting packages as an export with bot
As a beginner I run through the Automation360 video “Getting started with building bots”. Capturing a csv table and paste into Excel doesn´t go well. Everything is pasted in column A, not column separated as the csv file describes. So the bot doesn´t find correct data in column A and B etc. How should I make the bot separate the columns directly in Excel? The parameters are: ANSI, comma separated, .csv file.
I want to read an email subject and message of the mail and write it into an csv/txt file ?
