Hi @Nikil_D_Gr8,

Could you please provide further details regarding the error occurrence and the specific version of Automation Anywhere A360 you are running? This information would be helpful in resolving the issue.

Also,Let's take a closer look at the Event Viewer to get more clues. Please check the logs for any entries that might be linked to the error, especially those that were recorded around the time it happened. This information will help us pinpoint the best troubleshooting steps. While we're at it, could you also try toggling IPv6 off and then back on to see if that makes a difference?

@Nikil_D_Gr8 ,

Which link you are trying to access the Control Room?

Hi @Nikil_D_Gr8

Probably you are trying to access to Community Edition using a link in the Desktop.

This access is to AARI Web

If you want to login to Control-Room just open a browser and go to

https://community.cloud.automationanywhere.digital/

or

https://community2.cloud-2.automationanywhere.digital/

For AARI

https://community.cloud.automationanywhere.digital/aari

https://community2.cloud-2.automationanywhere.digital/aari

AARi web can be shown as

Thanks a lot, I am actually learning to use automation anywhere from my sister and I encountered this error, she came up with the same diagnosis, what I don't understand is why? Why can't I access my account using the desktop icon,is it coz I am using community edition or should I enable some option to be able to use it? Just wondering why, thanks a lot for the help once again.

The issue got resolved, thanks for offering to help 😁, let me try answering to your questions now.

I am actually learning to use automation anywhere from a friend,I tried GPA challenge where u take data from Excel sheet and put it in a form. That's the only thing I did and it was fully mentored by my friend,i don't think i messed up any crucial settings during it.

As for the event log,the only thing available was the stuff related to my GPA challenge thingy. Regarding the sorcery with IPs, I am too much of a tech novice to do it .

The issue was me trying to access the community edition via desktop app.
