Unable to connect local device as bot runner

I am using community edition and not able to register bot agent with CR

System allows only a single device to be registered. If you need to replace your existing device you should delete it first.

If the problem persists, please contact your system administrator.

Code: devicemanagement.register.validation.single.device”

 



Steps I tried so far:

  1. Deleted all machines
  2. reinstalled bot agent
  3. restarted bot services
  4. tried using mozilla firefox

any suggestion?

You must remove the device from the Control Room here:

Click on Manage > Devices, click on the three-dot menu on the right and select Delete Device. Then reconnect your device.

already tried, but still no luck
