I am not getting username and password for logging into Community Edition. Please do the needful. I tried registering multiple times but still not getting complete email with credentials.

Please use the search as this question has been asked multiple times.

Short answer: check with your IT department to see if they are filtering your emails.

Actually I even tried with my Gmail, same issue for that as well

Try another email service like Yahoo.

I am experiencing the same issue. I received the email with the subject of “Get to work in Community Edition in 3 steps”. However, I have yet to receive the email with the temporary log in credentials.

There are a lot more inquiries on this topic than a couple of weeks ago. This probably means we need to re-word our email so it doesn’t trigger the spam detection algorithm. I’ve raised this with our Community team, but for the time being, the best suggestion we have is “try another email provider”.

Not getting username and password email for Community Edition Login tried signup with yahoo, gmail

I’m in the same situation. I’ve tried registering with both Gmail and Yahoo, but neither worked; I only received the message, “Get to work in Community Edition in 3 steps.”

It seems you need a company email to request support, which is challenging for students who don’t have that kind of account.

Could you please help me resolve this issue? Thank you!

Thank you all for helping us pinpoint the issue. I believe we may need to re-word our welcome email as it is triggering spam filters everywhere. This wasn’t the case just a little while ago.

Stay tuned and we’ll see if we can make some changes post haste.

There is no way to send the email through this means to send the initial email directly, I need an account for some university work and it is impossible to obtain it with any email

That is correct. Given that it is the email providers who are filtering these emails, we have little control over what they consider “spam” or not. We are working with our engineering team to re-word the email to see if that helps evade the spam filters.

I still have not received email for password and username. I used two different email addresses but still issue occurred.

Our engineering team is currently working on determining the issue. Please stand by and we will update this thread when we know what happened and have a resolution.

Hey @Aaron.Gleason, Good Day!

I have registered to community edition yesterday but still there is no update regarding Credentials. Kindly help us to know the how much time it would take to resolve the email Issue. Accordingly we can inform team and complete the understanding of the few packages.

Also, once the issue is resolved we will directly receive email or do we need to register again?

Thanks

There is no ETA for any fix. We still must determine the cause, whether it is our email process or if it is the email services blocking emails as spam.

Hi,

I am having the same problem where I am not receiving the change password email.  I have used three different email addresses with the same problem.  The welcome emails are making it through just fine.  It’s just the change password email not coming through.

I don’t believe it’s an issue with the email going to SPAM or being blocked.  I have already checked with my IT team and email is just not coming through.  It looks like the email is just not going out on the Automation Anywhere side.

Ladies and gentlemen, we appreciate your patience.
