Hi, I did not receive a control room URL when I first created an account. Can anyone help with this?

Be sure and search the forum before asking questions, as this question has been answered previously.

First, check your spam/junk folders for the email.
Second, with your IT department to see if they filtered the email and ask them to allow-list automationanywhere.com emails.
Third, if that all doesn’t work, sign up again using a GMail account.


I have received the link and set the password, but it is throwing an error. Please find the attached screenshots.


Try the Forgot Password functionality to set those options.
