IQBOT Issue- Unable to extract Total Amount

Hi,
I was working for a POC with IQ BOT today (community edition) and was able to extract the data successfully when I trained it in AI Documentation BUT when I tried to call the learning instance in AA command IQ BOT Extraction360, only the Total amount was not extracted properly.

The total amount on the input file was placed in table, and I suspect that is the problem because in learning instance the total amount field was placed in the form. Can you help me on this.

Hi @sang12345,

The total amount was not extracted properly, which means it is showing incorrect data?

Is it possible to share the original invoice data versus the extracted data from AA?

 @Tamil Arasu10 Here’s the pdf invoice file. I was able to extract it correctly using the Document Automation > Learning Instance but when I ran the learning instance in Task Bot the “Total due” was not extracted but other fields was extracted successfully and only the TOTAL DUE was not.

Do you know if the command IQ BOT extraction 360 [Preview] command, might be the reason? Because some of the developers are using the IQBOT upload command

This is the one I used

Please try with “Document Extraction package”

https://docs.automationanywhere.com/bundle/enterprise-v2019/page/da-extraction-package.html.

You can also try to create new field name “Total Due” in Form or Table which helps to extract the value

@sang12345 ,

You can add aliases name on the Total Amount as “Total Due”.
