I am on the community edition plan.
I am the only user, and I think by default I should be the admin, but I am not, and I do not have the permission to change my user type

Even if it was possible to become an admin on Community Edition (it’s not possible), admin accounts do not have the ability to build bots.

What you’re asking for is only possible in Enterprise Edition and with two separate accounts.
