I want to know how to copy notepad text into a text? The reason I am doing this is to send an email with dynamically changing table values.

I tried doing it by copy-pasting in clipboard but it is not giving me the desired output.  I have a long excel rows from which I have to take values by running a loop and then sending email.  I just need to figure out how to copy HTML values from note pad to string

Custom Error Module Does Not Recognize This Error

So i have a scheduled bot that runs unattended and it always got an error when trying to open a tab on browser (internet explorer), so when the bot is opening the tab/link that is supposed to be opened it gave the error "Custom Error Module Does Not Recognize This Error"  i've done my research and i found out that the error resides in the browser cookie/ outlook cookie, but there are no outlook process on the bot and the bot works perfectly fine when runs manually.  if the problem persist after trying to clear the cookie (which is the fix that i read) is there a way for automation anywhere to work around it? in other words to fix the problem within the bot building itself

Is it possible to create a new variable type like String, Dictionary,etc. using custom sdk package? The doc shows only how to create System variable methods with these annotations: @BotCommand(commandType = BotCommand.CommandType.Variable) @VariableExecute

IQ Bot Pre-processor package---How to Get?

I'm trying to get the IQ Bot Pre-processor package as we don not have this package available in our development environment.  I found this article (see below) that says the the package is a .jar file available in the IQ Bot installation folder. Does anyone know the name of the actual file? I couldn't find anything on our IQ Bot server. Or. it looks like I can just download the package from the downloads page (see below), but that looks like its to download a full client, bot agent or a previous version. It doesn't specify which download I need. Does anyone know which specific file I need to download to actually get this package? Also, Is this package anywhere on the bot store? Can the Community Edition connect to a google sheet?

I followed the instructions of creating the oAuth, user ID, secret key, etc. but I get the error Error 400: redirect_uri_mismatchYou can't sign in to this app because it doesn't comply with Google's OAuth 2.0 policy. So I am wondering if this only works for the Enterprise version.

Selection of SAP Combo/Drop down boxes

Hello,  I am trying to select an SAP Combo/Dropdown box using an AA SAP action, but am unable to do so. Previous posts on this forum point to a now outdated or irrelevant bot.  Here is an example of the field I am referring to: I'm unable to get the bot to get select the field at all. In addition to selection, I'd like the bot to set the value of this field. An excel file will contain "10" and the bot should chose "10 CSR1". Any guidance is appreciated.

A360 Migrated Bot - After calling the metabot a AAZerosizeForm is coming up and it is not responding for a minute.

I have seen the AAZeroSizeForm popup while using the C# DLLs but it goes away within a second. But in one of my use cases the form has been not responding for almost a minute it causes delay in the bot progress. In the initial iterations it is working fine, pop up is not coming. After few iterations I have observed this issue.

Questions on OneLogin and SAML integration with AA control room as a service provider

We have a current SSO Integration with OneLogin/AD Directory which leverage email address and the userid is not populated. We understand that we have to map existing UserID, FIrstName, LastName and EmailAddress to our Active Directory. Also it mentions that when we switch to SAML the process is irreversible and user not found will be unable to access the control room. Our questions are:Can a SAML integration with AA use email address as the userID?Is JIT Provisionning supported with SAML once it has been enable or will we have to provision user in AA by manually creating a userid each time we are adding a user?Is there any mechanisms to support both ID/Pwd AND SAML integration? If not, is there a process we should follow to enable SAML integration and not lose the ability to administer AA if something does not work? What happen if we enable SAML and none of our user are able to login anymore?

Please share the tracking method. Monitoring and alerts to determine whether it was working successfully or not. As far as I know, it is to use the API, but I am just a beginner. Therefore, I have no knowledge, so I wanted to know how other people use it. or what to do when there is no direct view to bot in a job notification

Hi I'm building a bot where after downloading the files I need to use AARI to create a request.They are scenarios where certain files for specific users are not there so that means they cannot be downloaded.

The problem comes in when I have set the filepath for the files that have downloaded to appear for the AARI user, it throws an error in AARI create request action if the file is not there.the file is not there because it does not exist for the user however that shouldn't stop the AARI to be created because one file is missing.May you please assist if you have any suggestions.Thanks

AARI Process - Unable to run the Bot via Scheduler User

Hi, The Use case is that we have an AARI process which has a form, a bot. Form is used to take the input from user and bot is used to pull the data from underlying application through API call. In order to efficiently manage the licenses, we just want to allocate AARI User license to the users who would be providing the input and run the bot through one unattended bot license only. When the screen is off, it completes the process as if you were downloading a pdf. The folder where the file is saved is empty. It records without any problem while watching the screen.

Hello, I am using Automation Anywhere 360.I have a process, pdf is saved in the process. When this process runs with the screen open in front of me, it makes pdf recordings smoothly.But when I Schedule it and want it to run with RDP while the screen is off, it pretends to download and completes the process. When I look at the folder where it saved the PDF, I see its contents empty.Explorer is used as the browser. This problem did not exist before in the processes. It was post Migration for AA 360 use. Moved old processes to new servers. It doesn't save pdf files when the screen is off, what can I do about it.Best regards.

How to find "mystery groups" created by IQbot that are not listed in the bot group list or the instance group list?

I've been working with IQBot (360) for 8+ months now and suddenly "mystery groups" were created for suppliers who currently have assigned/trained groups. Mystery group is an in-house term used to describe a new group created by IQBot, which was discovered during validation, and unable to be found in the bot group list or within the instance group list so it can be trained. This has happened enough times now to have it's own term. I'm searching for a resolution to either train or delete the group so I will no longer have to continue validating this group. Scenario: Supplier A is currently assigned to Group 60. Via the Validator, it shows a newly created group (106) for Supplier A.After validating the invoice, Group 106 is unable to be found within the Instance group listor the Bot group list (sorted by group number in image below). I currently have over 70+ groups and the bot group list only shows 66 groups, with no option to view more.How do I find these "mys

Running Bots

Hello, When I try to run a bot or schedule a bot, I will take several errors. However, there is no error when I run in process. Why do I take this errors? Errors: 1 - User not logged into the machine. This may be due to multiple reasons. 1. Check that your username and domain name is correct in the provided device login credentials. 2. Login into the machine as that user before running the bot. 3. Some other user may have logged into the machine. If you continue to see this message, please contact your system administrator.

Hello! I have a problem with AISense Recorder. It happens that when I run my bot from the control room in a virtual machine, when the AISense reader is activated the BOT crashes. It appears in control room with a message "Inference" when activating AISense and the bot stops when it does not recognize the element. On the contrary, if I am inside the virtual machine, the bot works correctly.
