Excel crashes on opening since Office update

Hi.Our bot workstations all got their Office updates this week but since on Excel Version 2308; Automation Anywhere cannot open Excel. It immediately crashes on opening.If I open Excel myself, it opens fine. Bot Update error: We couldn't update the package In name

Has anyone ever seen this error in the Audit Log when trying to use Bot Update to update package versions?ResultsWe couldn't update the package In name: We found an issue that prevents the bot from running. Search for 'preprocessing' on https://docs.automationanywhere.com/csh?context=csh-preprocessing-error-messages to find the most common causes and what to do about them.Unfortunately this error is not listed on that referenced docs website, which is why I’m reaching out here to the Community. For at least one of the bots, the only thing it was trying to update was the Recorder package from version 3.2.3 to 3.3.1.  The other bot had a lot of older package versions so it is more difficult to narrow that one down.This was from Automation 360 build 26372.

Package version for session 'session' is different from parent bot

I am getting this error with the Excel Advanced package. I have a bot that opens the file and then a subbot that is supposed to read the excel file using the global session created in the parent bot. Both bots have the same package version. When I run the bot while checked out it does not give the error, but when I check it in to public it throws the error every time. I have verified that the package version is the same multiple times and all packages are the default version. It was working previously and started throwing this error a few weeks ago and I cannot figure out why or what changed. Any idea why it would work when checked out or cloned but the exact same bot does not work when public?

Chrome tab - auto close

Team,I have a 50 portal links and login credentials which has same portal design,I need to open each portal and logged in and click download the reports it might take time from 2 mins to 30 mins the time might different from one portal to another ,so i made a bot to open and click download the reports by adding tab , but i need to close the tab after downloading.I was tried to create a loop to check each tab if download popup came made a simulate key strokes to close the current tab, however it went some time fails if portal is not loading or some issue ,How to made the tab as auto close after downloading , and suggest me , if any alternatives to handle this

X-Authorization Token Expiration Limit

 Issue DescriptionI'm implementing Control Room APIs within actionable emails, which requires hardcoding the X-Authorization token in the email template. Currently, we're facing a limitation with the token expiration time:- The maximum token timeout appears to be 7 days- Token cannot be dynamically updated since it's embedded in the email- This duration is insufficient for our use case Question1. Is there a way to extend the token expiration beyond 7 days?2. If not, are there any recommended workarounds for long-term API access in actionable emails?Additional ContextThis is for a production environment where emails may need to remain actionable for extended periods. Requiring token updates every 7 days isn't feasible due to the static nature of sent emails.Any insights or alternative approaches would be greatly appreciated.

Problem: Service and Process triggers stuck at getting options...

Hello all, We have tried to set up our first service/process triggered bot. However, we have encountered a problem with refreshing a list of services/processes stuck on “Getting options…” screen.  Does anyone have any idea, what could be the cause of this issue and how to resolve it? Automation anywhere signs me out of my windows account after each bot run

Hi,I wanted to reach out to see if anyone else was facing a similar issue. Automation anywhere signs me off of my windows account after each login so that I have to log back in after each run. This does not happen when I run bots from my local desktop, but only when I run bots from a virtual machine (rdp). Has anyone seen this issue before and have any ideas as to why this may be happening?Thank you

Need to use credential based on logged in user.

Using A360 Cloud.  Trying to figure out how to use the logged in user and get those specific credentials.  I don’t want to hard code a specific locker/credential combination.  I want to pull the credential based on the user logged into the machine.I have tried using a credential with ‘User Provided’ type and also ‘Standard’ but cannot determine how to obtain the right userID and password from the credentials vault for the logged in user.
