Want to know how to get notifications from bots?

Please share the tracking method. Monitoring and alerts to determine whether it was working successfully or not. As far as I know, it is to use the API, but I am just a beginner. Therefore, I have no knowledge, so I wanted to know how other people use it. or what to do when there is no direct view to bot in a job notification

    Hi @Pakpoom Poodsud​ ,

     

    You can use the Email Package to get notifications from bots. For Example, please include the send email actions Error Handler or you an enable via the Control room.
