JSON Deserializer to Table issue

When using JSON Deserializer to Table, AA puts the columns in the wrong order.This AA Action doesn’t have any configuration properties so there’s no control over the column order. Why is this action putting the columns in this order?

AARI Form Show Hide Fields

Hi Experts,I am working on building a dynamic AARI form. I need to display up to 5 tables on the form, but I only want to show a table if it contains data. If a table has no data, it should be hidden.How can this be achieved?Additionally, is it possible to have dynamic table columns in an AARI form? Do I need to specify the column names for each table?

Control Room firmware update

Our current CR is on v29 and need to update to v31.  We’ve already downloaded the necessary files for the update.  This would be my first time updating the CR and wanted some guidance on how to properly update.  There are currently 20 VDIs, 1 and 2 and test, 3-10 are production, and 11-20 are extra VDIs on standby just in case we need some additional capacity.  I appreciate you all in advance.

Issue login with the Control Room

The issue of logging into Control Room persists even after resetting the password from the reset link sent by "sso@automationanywhere.com.”  The same username-password works for other Automation Anywhere logins, but not this one. I re-tried "forgot password" but never received the link.Can anyone suggest how to resolve this issue?

Update Query not working properly

Control room is not showing bot execution progress

Suddenly the control room stopped displaying the execution progress. The bot runs as expected, but I have no feedback about its progress in all unattended runners. The control room is not displaying bot progressDoes someone know how to solve it?

Cannot connect to new server with RDP

I am having an issue getting our third server to work with RDP. We have two servers with another service but we are moving to Azure and have one server setup with them. The RDP works with the old two servers, but I cannot get it to work with the Az one. I have the IP’s I found here whitelisted. Control Room IP addresses for external integrations (automationanywhere.com) No one else is logged in and only one other person has access to the server via an admin account.If I open an RDP session on my local computer, I can then schedule a bot and it can use that RPD session to run. If I use the “regular” auto log-in it also works. The error only happens when I try to run an unattended bot and AA needs to establish the RDP.Error:java.lang.RuntimeException: {"message":"Error creating RDP session.","details":"This may be due to multiple reasons. REST Get with returned Content-Type: application/octet-stream

Looking for some advice or suggestions using the REST Get with Content-Type: application/octet-stream.I am using the REST Get action to download a file from a web application, the response from the web application streams the file in the response body, I am not having a lot of luck trying to pass the binary into a script to process so am wondering how others have typically handled this? Any advice on this is appreciated.

I am trying to Evaluate Variable. Attached code screenshotaccountsDataTable - TabledicAttributes - Dictionary Problem: When I am passing my expression directly to evaluate variable(Line 2) its giving correct output but If the expression is placed in this record variable $currentFile{Rule}$ then evaluate variable (Line1) is giving output as same expression instead of values.Evaluate variable is working for directly variable its not working either dictionary or table Please someone suggest me how can I retrieve values by passing a variable to the evaluate variable action instead of passing an expression directly.

Getting auto-logged out multiple times an hour

I am getting logged out multiple times an hour while running/developing bots and it’s extremely annoying. The only error I could find in the AA logs was an AI sense failed to log line which is proceeded by a logout sequence. When I am developing I usually have multiple tabs open with different tasks I am working on in each one. I am wondering if that’s the reason I am being logged off? Also in development settings under devices there is an option for “concurrent sessions supported” do I need this value to be higher than 2? Any guidance on this would be super helpful.

SharePoint Delete File does not send to Recycle Bin

I just realized that the built in SP Delete File action does not move the file to the recycle bin, it just gets rid of it completely. Why would that be the default? Wouldn’t that make it harder to log and track and negate the ability to recover files?I read that there is a separate action for the API to recycle, so I cannot figure out the logic behind why the default behavior for the AA Package is the full admin shadow power delete and not the default safe recycling a human user gets. I get in theory why the API has both, but why does the AA package only offer the less useful option?I will probably end up building full API commands to recycle every time I need to delete, but that kind of defeats the point of AA packages doing the basics which is disappointing. I want end users to be able to recover a file if they run a process that deletes the old file which they end up needing for some reason. With the full delete it looks like I would need special audit logs to even see the activity
