Hello, I'm created bot from enterprise, then my creation bot import to community edition. Then, I'm import bot and takes long time and finally i got popup no connection, Finally, I tried again and takes long time again more than 15 minutes and my community Edition signed out, could you help for this case about import bot and reduce time import bot? My device is connected but when I try to add it according to the guide it does not allow me, i´m try with my domain\user correct but does not recognize. Please help me to continue with the courses.
PS: it works when i use community edition url but if i use enterprise edition url it shows this error.
I registered for Community Edition and received a mail with the link to Community Edition web page but without login credentials, checked in Junk/Spam folder for my mail and even tried the "Forgot Password" option in the web page but didn't help. I have plenty of disc space available. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the bot agent service and removing my device and re-adding it. No luck. I'm using the Community Edition. Can anyone help please? Thanks.

Hello together, i recognized that if i download an bot from the bot store i get an windows installer instead of the folder of the automation. Can anyone explain how to download just the automation files from the bot store? Thanks
