Plug in Issue edge

We have a plug in error by Capture feature. The Plug in is installaled machine restarted but we still have this issue by system called DMS which is run in Edge browser. Other systems on Edge browser are working fine just this one not. The problem is that it appears after some time of bot running. It is working korrectly but suddenly it failes in middle of the run.

I hope following steps will helps you to fix that,

  1. Ensure that you are using the latest version of Automation Anywhere A360 for both system.
  2. Ensure that the network connection is stable. Intermittent connectivity issues can cause such failures
  3. Adjust the timeouts and delays within the bot script. Sometimes, increasing the wait times can help in scenarios where elements take longer to load
  4. Make sure that the Edge browser is updated to the latest version

@jana.hlinkova can you verify the  version?

Also check if older plugin also installed, if more than one plugin installed just uninstall all and install required one.
