During bot run, everything works fine in test VDI BUT once we run the same bot in production VDI we come across this error ■■Unable to find 'Home - SASConnect' because the application is not running.

 

What could cause this simple task to not work in production vs test VDI?

    Failure to open the application “SASConnect” as part of your automation process. 

    It’s difficult to say, exactly without a more verbose error message, or a screen shot of the error message.
