Hi everyone,As we are using a particular pattern calling subtask inside mastertask, I feel there is an feature missing which is debugging mode enabled in subtask also and we can see the code of subbots & variables used etc… . This feature really help the developers to debug the code and identify the rootcause of it

Hey gang, I’m looking for some advise on Web Automation..I’ve build a child bot that will be used as Reusable Component. It’s main purpose is to start new session in Chrome navigate to specific URL and login using stored credentials. Upon successful login I would use “Get Current Session” component to grab current session id into a string and output it in main flow bot. In the main flow I want to continue and navigate using the same session id/window to a different URL, but I’m not getting any luck nor any errors. What am I possibly missing here?

I highly recommend considering the newly launched Automation Anywhere 360 version 32 for its exceptional capabilities in streamlining automation processes. The top 4 features that we are going to cover in this post are:GenAI-enhanced Document Automation Generative Recorder GenAI Packages Connector BuilderAutomation 360 v.32 Make sure to try out all these new features today! Hi everyone, I have created a learning instance using generative AI extraction (see a screenshot of the creation). However, when I click the process button, it stays stuck in the Extraction step. I have tried several times and waited up to half an hour and the problem is still there. When I run a test bot on my laptop, it runs effortlessly. The only way to end this situation is to go to the windows services → restart service ‘Automation Anywhere Bot agent”.Is there a particular reason why the process is waiting infinitely for the Extraction of the document ? It is a file of just one page, not particularly problematic

Unable to run bots from history in control room, “ Run bot “ button got missing, only i can run from source folder .. under control room

The problem arises when workitems include numbers represented in scientific notation, which use the letter "E" (e.g., "6.0E7"). During processing, these workitems might trigger an "Unexpected: E" error, possibly due to a conversion issue from number to string.

Hi, I’m writing to ask if someone has experienced this issue befor. Our clod control room was updated sometime between yesterday and tomorrow morning. One of my developers just reported to me that when he tries to use a credential from their locker, It shows as if is empty (Image below). I tried with my user and detected that this issue is happening with two lockers. There haven’t been any changes to user and locker configuration and they have worked fine until today. Is this something related to the control room update? Thank you!Broken Locker Image  Working Locker (Same user and taskbot) Actual credentials in the ‘empty locker’

I have tried to stop and start the bot agent service but the issue is still not resolved. I have also tried to delete the device but was unable to do so as it prompted error message "Cannot delete device, as it is part of an active bot deployment".  Appreciate if issue can be resolved for Community 2.

I use the 360 version, when i run a bot, a progress bar is displayed on the executing agent in the bottom right corner, but today (04/18/2024) this bar is no longer being displayed.PS: In control room activity the progress is showingAnyone have the same problem?

I am facing below error while trying to creating an user, Error message: Unable to create the user because the system has not been provisioned. To continue, Please complete the cloud provisioning. Code: 1026

This is a bit weird issue as we got this error (Enterprise) So basically we are able to run a bot using this creator in private but when we try to recapture this appears, usually we just refresh the name and save & retry but the save & retry can’t be clicked if we don’t enter a keyword in the field. we tried to replicate this issue in another local device but when we click refresh in another local device the save & retry button is able to click and manage to recapture the objectNote that this is a local device so the device password should be empty as far as i know, i’ve logged into admin and save the user name and password to that particular user also. We have also tried putting the device password before clicking the retry & save button (it could be clicked after but when we hit the recapture button this appears once again)

This issue happens to an on-prem control room and while the task bot stuck on this status, the coming task bot will stay queued for ever so at the end, I have an infinite queue.

Hi @team Could you please help me why my scheduling bots in A360 Enterprise are not executing? Can anyone please tell me the process?

Hi Community,Need your support to understand the issue. In one of my bot the capture is working fine when I’m running on the system with the screen on but when I schedule it at mid night and when My screen is off the capture operation is failing. --Regards,Shaik Hafeez

I installed the product with the cluster and balanced it with nginx. When accessing a device for the bot agent installation via the balancer link (for example: https://rpa.automationanywhere.com/), it's not possible to complete the installation because the device is not being recognized. I can only install the bot agent on the device when accessing via the main host of the cluster (for example, https://hostname). Is there any configuration to be done to enable bot agent installation on devices via balancing?

Hello!Does anyone know how to solve the issue in converting String Data which takes value from System:Date, to a DateTime Variable converting the data in the String variable? For my situation the bot fails whenever it reaches this part, it throws the error mentioned in the title. The first step I take is to convert System:Date to string with the action ToString, then assign the value to a DateTime variable which is converted in custom format.1.2.
