After register Community Edition Account many times, but our user never received "Welcome to Automation Anywhere Community Edition" Email to setup password. Pls help.

Our co-worker email account is Mina_Yu@compal.com   (this account didn’t revice any email.)
Our other co-worker email account can revice the  "Welcome to Automation Anywhere Community Edition" Email to setup password.

Could you help to check whether AA had send the Email to this email account ?
