Hello everyone,

I'm having an issue with Google authentication on my virtual PC, let me explain.

When I use Google authentication for Sheets or Drive, I need to manually authorize the token permissions. If I do it once, the window doesn't reappear unless I restart my PC or restart the 'Automation Anywhere Java Launcher.'

I've tested it with several sessions on my virtual PC, and the issue only occurs on my Windows session 'CCEFR1BOT,' regardless of the Google account, so I believe the issue is tied to the Windows session.

I've tried clearing cookies and browser data, and I've also deleted the local Automation Anywhere files that store the authorizations in 'C:\Users\CCEFR1BOT\AppData\Local\AutomationAnywhere\G-SuiteAuth.' I regenerated the files by reconnecting, restarted the virtual machine, and tested again, but the validation window still reappeared.

Thanks for your help

This is not an issue with Automation Anywhere. This is a Google authentication issue within your VM that you need to take up with Google.
