The Recorder and screen capture is not working.

I use community edition at community2.cloud-2. It keeps showing "notifying device" and at last shows Line 1 error.I have already tried:Reinstalling Automation Anywhere Bot AgentCleaning the registry.Enabling plugin.Restarting AA Bot Agent.Please I Need Help ASAP. Thanks in advance😊 .

Need workaround for Recorder Failure on IT Bricks

Continue to get bot.depolyment.error when attempting to set up recorder in to record CSV data in step one. It continues to throw bot.deployment.error. PC is administered by my employer through which I am taking this class. We have deliverables due by scheduled dates, need this resolved so I can report back to them. I do not have access to modify enterprise asset.

System requirements. Storage Capacity

I am trying to install Automation 360 on Premise , and the Server OS, Processor and Memory meet all the instalation prerequisites for AA 360.  On the other hand, the Storage is less than the minimum 500 gb. My question is: I have to update to 500 GB (C: unity) ....OR Can I just need to update (D: unity) to 500 GB.???? Updating C: I will have to format and install all applications of server again.Updating D: I won't have problems. Thank you.

Hello, I noticed some changes to the A360 Control Room today.One of them has caused some issues for me. I built some new logic in a "test" bot and intended on pasting it into an existing bot but get a error massage "Cannot change version of packages in use"Has anyone else seen this?Can I update package version in existing bots to be compatible with steps built in a new bot?

Best way to Copy data from one excel file to other excel file.

I tried using keystrokes like open excel go to cell, ctrl a and ctrl c then open other excel go to cell then ctrl v. but its not working for me. i don't want to use database action. Please guide me

What is the best approach to waiting for menu items to appear rather than using a Delay....

Hello this is for an attended job. I have a non-web based application that will bring up certain menus depending on what I click on. Once the menu comes up I then will click on one of the menu options and will go on to my next task.... My problem is that sometimes the menu options take a long time to generate depending on several factors outside of my control (slowness in server, slowness in application etc.) For now I have used delay statements and sometimes the delay statements end being too long or not long enough. Right now I make the delay time longer just so I am covered but in turn it takes my automation longer to run. (I have to run this process thousands of times) My question is what would be a better way to approach this? Should I use Image recoginition and wait for the actual menu to appear or is there some other method that is suited for this? Right now if the menu isn't there in time my process breaks and the script stops running. I ussually end up making the delay lon

Bot can not be started, local device is connected, bot Agent Service restarted

Hello, I used the AA360 CE the last Couple of days. Everything seems to be fine. Than occasionally the bot was hanging in the window („Deploying to your Computer“) after clicking „run“.The Controlroom is perfectly connected to the local device. Today I can‘t run the bot at all. It stuck in the Screen (see Screenshot) It seems after time the Community Edition starts to slow down. Pretty unfortunate, because we can’t continue the work which we want to present our CEO soon.  Are they any known issues or advices? We already reinstalled everything and also canceld and started the AA Bot Agent Service in windows services multiple times without success  Kind regardsPhilipp

How to connect Oracle Database using ODBC

Hi,I am trying to make connection with Oracle database using ODBC but this exception occurs. I provided all required Server Name, Service Name etc. and also i install Oracle SQL driver and connect to the data base but when i try to connect through connect activity in a360 bot then this error occurs.

There is an application on where i add some people's details and click Save, but it throws error. How to find workaround?

It was giving this error on A360, and was perfectly running on A11, but it started to give error on A11 too. When the bot fills the places(textboxes) and click on Save, it throws error. When the bot fills the places, and I click on Save, it throws same error When I fill the places manually, and click on Save, it works perfectly.. Why I cannot untie an Unattended license from AAV11?

I have a BOT in a server, the license of this BOT is Unattended and I will not use anymore, so I need to untie that license from that AAV11 client. I did all the steps to untie the license but nothing works. Besides, the control room shows me this error. I did all the points that mention, but nothig works. Can you help me pls?
