Need workaround for Recorder Failure on IT Bricks

Continue to get bot.depolyment.error when attempting to set up recorder in to record CSV data in step one. It continues to throw bot.deployment.error. PC is administered by my employer through which I am taking this class. We have deliverables due by scheduled dates, need this resolved so I can report back to them. I do not have access to modify enterprise asset.
