I am trying to install Automation 360 on Premise , and the Server OS, Processor and Memory meet all the instalation prerequisites for AA 360.
On the other hand, the Storage is less than the minimum 500 gb.
My question is:
I have to update to 500 GB (C: unity) ....
OR
Can I just need to update (D: unity) to 500 GB.????
Updating C: I will have to format and install all applications of server again.
Updating 
I won't have problems.

While installing you can opt for Drive so you no need to format C: Drive. If you are installing for Dev and UAT Env no need to match exact 500 GB, as per the sale you are planning you can shrink HDD size to 200 or 300 GB. For Prod its recommend to match exact requirements suggested by AA.

So, upgrading the Unit to 500 GB, could i chose unity in the instalation without formating, right?

Yes you can, Since its Prod I'd recommend opening a support ticket with AA for clarification and proceed from there.
