The Recorder and screen capture is not working.

2022-01-17 23_34_54-2022-01-17 23_40_44-I use community edition at community2.cloud-2. It keeps showing "notifying device" and at last shows Line 1 error.

I have already tried:

  1. Reinstalling Automation Anywhere Bot Agent
  2. Cleaning the registry.
  3. Enabling plugin.
  4. Restarting AA Bot Agent.

Please I Need Help ASAP. Thanks in advance😊 .

Can you try below steps?

 

  • Delete below file if exist, C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\AutomationAnywhere\registration.properties

 

  • check if the Automation Anywhere Bot Agent service exists and try to delete it and install the Automation Anywhere Bot Agent again. 

 

  • Open Command Prompt with Administrative right, Enter below commands
    • sc stop "Automation Anywhere Bot Agent"
    • sc delete "Automation Anywhere Bot Agent"

The issue is still persisting after trouble shooting with above steps.
