Disable community edition mail notification

Thanks @Alex Tzeng​ for mentioning this. Agreed that making a mistake, then getting an email to re-iterate the mistake isn't always a great experience. Sharing this feedback with the team that owns Community Edition to see if this can be made as a configurable element.

The team informed me that the email notification has recently been disabled on Community Edition. Thanks for your feedback :)
