Question

There is an application on where i add some people's details and click Save, but it throws error. How to find workaround?

It was giving this error on A360, and was perfectly running on A11, but it started to give error on A11 too.

When the bot fills the places(textboxes) and click on Save, it throws error.

When the bot fills the places, and I click on Save, it throws same error

When I fill the places manually, and click on Save, it works perfectly.. What may be the solution?

Finally, i found the solution, there is a textbox about PersonelJob, if its too long character, the program doesnt Save, and throw error..

So its a problem with a database of that program. I asked our customer company to get in contact with the company who made this application.

It was nice to spend time with the issue though, even though it took so much time of me :)

Yes, I believe so, and it refers to some SQL database problem, which was about limited string characters
