Hi community,While using iq bot extraction in that (Process document) action if we download the pdf it is storing in excel formal but the name is storing with the extension example;utility1.pdf.Can u say y it is showing like this.

Buenas Tardes.requiero generar un certificado autofirmado para el control room, en la empresa deshabilitaron los tls1.1 y 1.0, y aunque en el archivo traefik.toml, cambia la version del tls, el control room no funciona, por lo que necesito un certificado, el tema es que no se como hacerlo, alguien me puede ayudar con alguna informacion o los pasos para hacerlo e importarlo. gracias

Hi, Recently I’ve seen some odd behaviour in my Enterprise Client like not recognising object which have been recorded few days earlier and out of memory messages. AA 11.3.4.0 Chrome issue

Hi all, During development of a task using Chrome in short periods of time i got a Out of memory popup (or something similar) and after I closed it several times, my bot doesen’t seem to recognise any object in Chrome (current or new, not related to said bot). Furthermore, smart recorder is very slow and innacurate as well as object cloning in Chrome. In IE and other desktop applications object are being recognised normally as usual. Also, I’ve noticed a large increase in CPU load caused by ‪C:\Windows\System32\SearchFilterHost.exe. Other machines do not have this process at all. I don’t know if that is related to the issue but it appeared in the same time. I’ve tried to reinstall Chrome, remove and add plugin, restarted the machine multiple times but no help. Is there any way to fix this, maybe somehow to “reset” AA client? Thanks,

In recent days we have had problems with the A360 tool trying to identify elements with technology type MS_ACTIVE_ACCESSIBILITY (e.g. Excel, Outlook, Notepad, etc.), this has not allowed us to execute previously identified elements (Throwing exceptions related to not finding the elements), in addition to not allowing us to identify new elements. We have tried to identify elements with the same bot user but on different VM and it works fine, so we believe the issue is at the VM level Has anyone experienced a similar problem?

Insufficient Privileges

we are performing the API call from postman to trigger the bot through api call with input parameters.Using bot runner account, we are able to get token successfully.When we try to deploy the respective bot the same token getting insufficent Privileges error message. { "code": "deploy.api.insufficient.privileges", "details": null, "message": "Insufficient Privileges"}

A360 - "IF: Image found in image" always returns true despite the condition truly being true

I am trying to use a loop and an IF statement to determine whether an image exists within each of the images. The loop goes through each image in a folder, than the IF statement searches the image to find a certain image within it. Here is my issue: I know that there is a mix of image files in the loop folder that contain the search image and that do not contain the search image. I have verified that the IF command can work by using the preview button on the IF: image exists in image action to triple check. I have previewed both the images that contain the search image as well as the images that do not contain the search image and when I use the preview button, it works! But when I run the task bot, it always defaults to true/image found. Has anyone else experienced this or know what to do about it?

Connection String for CSV as Database in A360

Would you please kindly explain in detail how to use the "Database: Connect" action to access a .csv file on the runner's desktop? I have read through this prior APeople question, but the actual connection string syntax is not explained. Questions I have include:Do I have to install additional software on the runner in order to access a .csv like a database? I would like to avoid adding more software onto the runner.Are there a variety of connection string formats I could use?Is one preferable over the other?What does each part of the connection string mean? How can I apply this to my specific case (I have a desktop path to a .csv - I need to connect to it) I already have extensive knowledge of SQL and am very comfortable performing SELECT statements on data, but I am a complete novice at actually establishing the connection. We are using Windows 10 and, as far as I know, we just have the basic standard drivers installed. Thanks!
