Problems on updates and disconnections with the control room

I am having an issue (probably?) related to automation anywhere’s updates. Every time the control room gets updated, the device is automatically disconnected. 

I mean I guess it does make sense because if there is a new updated, you must update yours. I would just like to know if there is any place that these changes/updates are posted/communicated to people. It is not cool to arrive early in the morning at work and nothing runned as expected.

(it is probably related to updates because it happens every time the control room changes some resource.)
