Hi everybody, how are you?

I would like to ask you about a problem with reading emails.

I am wanting to get email from Outlook web.

And the error message is "The provided connection details are invalid".

I tried with Imap and Pop3, but it gives me the same error. I tested the credentials and they are ok.

I am new to A360. I hope you can help me, please.

Thank you so much

Hello @Ganesh Bhat,  I used the configuration you suggested, but it didn't work. Should I configure something else?

Hi @ravi.pothana

I have configured what you suggested but this throws the same error.I tell you that when I connect to the Outlook desktop it works, but not with webmail.
I don't know what the problem could be.

Hi @smcarrizo,

The issue you're experiencing might be related to your use of basic authentication. The following reasons could explain the problem, and you may have to update bots to use OAuth 2.0

“Microsoft has announced EOL for Basic authentication that is used to connect to Exchange Online. This will impact automations (bots) using Email package or Email trigger that uses Basic authentication.”
