Can Bot identify Page Orientation?

How Can A360 bot identify page orientation?I have scanned PDFs and in those the page Orientation is in landscape , can bot identify whether the page is tilted or change in orientation through bot ?Is there any other solution for this ?or through Any Scripting?

Error when running bot

Hello everybody. All good? I'm studying Pathfinder, I've already received my credentials, and I've already installed the bot on the machine and the extension. However, when I'm taking the class and I create the first bot, the following error appears: "License not foundAn Automation Co-Pilot license is required to use this application", I enter the username and password but it doesn't help, and finally this message appears in the browser Control Room "User not logged into the machine.This may be due to multiple reasons.1. Check that your username and domain name is correct in the provided device login credentials.2. Login into the machine as that user before running the bot.3. Some other users may have logged into the machine.If you continue to see this message, please contact your system administrator.Code: user.not.logged.inDevice username" Thank you in advance for your help.

WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE BOT_CLASSIFICATION BOT OF THE WEEK 4 (END-TO-END-SOLUTION)?

Good afternoon Automation Anywhere People, how are you?I am doing the first exercise of the 4rd week (END-TO-END-SOLUTION) and this exercise is related with the 4 exercise of the 1st. week (CLASSIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS). The name of the bots created in the 1st. week are: TRAIN CLASSIFICATION MODEL, TEST CLASSIFICATION AND ADVANCED CLASSIFIER - TRAIN. The question is: What is the name the of these three bots that is related with the CATEGORIZED DOCUMENTS bot used in the 1st. exercise of the 4rd. week?Please, I need your help.Thanks a lot and have a good day…Jesus Ostos.

Document Automation Training Camp Classification Documents Issue

 Hello everyone, I need some help please.I am doing the Document Automation Training Camp videos and examples and in the classification video I came up with the following issue:This may be due to the following reason: The training files are below the minimum threshold of 15 for the categories: Bank_Statements, Credit_Memo, Invoices, Mortgage_Apps, Purchase_Orders, Utility_Bills. Include additional files. Location: Classification (line 1) To continue, edit the bot and fix the error. Then, try again. I am using the folders and files exactly as they are provided in the course, but still I am getting this error. Is this a general error that in the AA action? I am unable format header with color using key strokes. Bot moves on the colors but doesn't consider the enter action in spite of a delay between 30 seconds between each stroke.

How to import the Post Processing Bot in the exercise Data Manipulation and Enrichment

Good night Automation Anywhere People, how are you?I have tried to upload or import the bot Post Processing that comes in the folder:C:\CURSOS\AUTOMATION ANYWHERE\3RA SEMANA\video10-post-processing-taskbot\Automation Anywhere\Bots\Document Workspace Processes\Invoice with tracking - Aaron - 2024-09-10but in the Manage section I don’t have the authority for import bots.I am working in the exercise number 4: Data Manipulation and Enrichmentof the 3rd. week.Please, may you help in this point?Thanks a lot…Jesus Ostos.

Hostname connection error

When I try to install the bot agent it sends me this pop-up window, it installs the extension but I don't move forward from this window, I would like to know if this has happened to anyone.Additionally, the linked user was on another server, he unlinked and entered this new server to link it to this new one. if extra configurations should be made in hostname or somewhere else.

Updating Bot Agent Version for Child Task Debugging

Has anyone begun debugging child task bots yet? If so, how did your team update the bot agents to the necessary version? All our machines are stuck using bot agent 22.60.0 (required version is 22.60.23). I’m on the development side (not a control room admin), so I don’t really understand how the agent update process works. Is this an automatic update pushed to A360 customers, or do our admins need to proactively do something to upgrade to agent version? I am still using message boxes in child tasks to try and figure out what’s breaking in my bots. Cannot wait for the new debugger!

I attempted to reset the bot runner device through the API, but I'm unable to authenticate my credentials and keep getting an "Access is Denied" message when I try to authenticate using Postman.I’ve attached a screenshot for reference. Excel error

Hello AA and all pathfinder community. We are currently facing some issues regarding the excel package. Both excel advanced and basic aren’t working and showing the following error:An unexpected error happened. Unexpected eval class (org.apache.poi.ss.formula.eval.MissingArgEval) Enter in contact with your sistem’s administrator. (This was translated from ptbr. The original one is: Ocorreu um erro inesperado. User is already running a bot on device

I attempted to run a bot, but it remained inactive for an extended period, so I decided to click on Cancel.After that, I tried running it again, but I received the following message:User: (user_id) is already running a bot on device: (device_id)I also tried deleting the device, but encountered this message:Cannot delete device, as it is part of an active bot deployment.To resolve the issue, I have attempted the following actions without success:Restarted the "Automation Anywhere Bot Agent" service. Tried to reset the "Automation Anywhere Bot Agent" service, but the service did not appear. Uninstalled and reinstalled the agent. Uninstalled the agent and cleaned the AA folders in the user profile. Restarted the computer. Left the computer shut down (clean shutdown with no sleep or hibernation) overnight.Despite these efforts, the issue remains unresolved.Thank you for your assistance.Best regards.

Creating Learning Instance

Hi all,Has any one tried to create a single learning instance that can read invoices with totally different formats… like invoices from different vendors…. did you use the predefined one or used definedIf yes what are the main challenges… When i tried using predefined ..the first issue was that there are certain fields that exist in one format and not the other E.g: Line number… Just wondering how we can make a field as optional in the learning instance...so that it can read when available and ignore when not available…?
