Bot is unable to send mails using send mail action

Are you using the Email: Send action?

What version of Outlook is on the production machine?

Have you tried using the Outlook 365 package instead?

Could you please check if SMTP is properly set up on the machine?
Also, if possible, kindly share screenshots to help us verify the configuration.
