Bot agent is dowloaded and installed but not connecting properly to local device. even if i installed it

Could you check if the Bot Agent is up and running(Ctrl+Shift+Esc)?

Could you check if the Bot Agent running in Services?

If not then restart it, and if so, then you might have to raise a ticket with Automation Anywhere and let the experts have a look at it.

Hi @Ashwin A.K​ ,

I have tried downloading the Bot agent manually and enabled the A360 extension also but still I am unable to connect my local device. It does not move forward to next step even though if the bot agent is already installed. I have tried with different browsers also but still the issue remains the same.Bot agent already installed proofconnecting to local machine
