  • Advanced certification is the only pre-requisite. User benefits from getting two certifications, is better prepared, and progresses from Advanced to Master.
  • There are NO other pre-requisites – no need for instructor-led training attendance (although recommended)

Is it just an online exam or just it also include the bot building case studies and oral examination as with the old v10 master course?

"The certification process includes a time-based knowledge assessment, followed by a skills-based bots development assessment, where you will be assigned three bot use cases that need to be developed and submitted within 2 weeks of passing your knowledge-based assessment. "
