Still issue not resolved.
Can you try below option,
- Delete below file if exist, C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\AutomationAnywhere\registration.properties
- check if the Automation Anywhere Bot Agent service exists and try to delete it and install the Automation Anywhere Bot Agent again.
- Open Command Prompt with Administrative right, Enter below commands
- sc stop "Automation Anywhere Bot Agent"
- sc delete "Automation Anywhere Bot Agent"
I don't have such account
You have to use your partner portal user account to create the support ticket.

Maybe we can try,
- Please uninstall the bot agent and clear the existing installation folder
- Install the bot agent using Admin mode.

Done with all these step. I have to clear the exam. If it is possible for you to create a support ticket for then please help. I need urgent access on this. I tried every possible steps you mentioned on mine as well as other's ticket.
