I am not able to connect the bot agent to my local devices. It seems like device not registered. Please help me as soon as possible.Its urgent. I already tried start and stop services/ deletion from cmd/ install and uninstall options

Please create the support ticket to Automation Anywhere and they will help you to resolve this.

Can you try below option,

 

  • Delete below file if exist, C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\AutomationAnywhere\registration.properties

 

  • check if the Automation Anywhere Bot Agent service exists and try to delete it and install the Automation Anywhere Bot Agent again. 

 

  • Open Command Prompt with Administrative right, Enter below commands
    • sc stop "Automation Anywhere Bot Agent"
    • sc delete "Automation Anywhere Bot Agent"

You have to use your partner portal user account to create the support ticket.

Maybe we can try,

 

  • Please uninstall the bot agent and clear the existing installation folder
  • Install the bot agent using Admin mode.

Done with all these step. I have to clear the exam. If it is possible for you to create a support ticket for then please help. I need urgent access on this. I tried every possible steps you mentioned on mine as well as other's ticket.
