Why can't I find my credentials?

My device is connected but when I try to add it according to the guide it does not allow me, i´m try with my domain\user correct but does not recognize.


Please help me to continue with the courses.

Could you try emptying the field and hitting the Refresh button in the right?

I used to use that option but it didn't work, now it's not enabled. Do you have another idea?

I'm not sure why this is happening, because I am not able to replicate the issue from my side.

Try deleting your device and adding it once more.

See if that generates the refresh button on the right.

I re-install and add my device again but no change the error 😥 I need your help community

Can you try below steps and check again,


  • Uninstall Bot Agent
  • Delete below file if exist, C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\AutomationAnywhere\
  • Try re-installing the same
