Bot can not be started, local device is connected, bot Agent Service restarted

Hello, I used the AA360 CE the last Couple of days. Everything seems to be fine. Than occasionally the bot was hanging in the window („Deploying to your Computer“) after clicking „run“. The Controlroom is perfectly connected to the local device. Today I can‘t run the bot at all. It stuck in the Screen (see Screenshot) It seems after time the Community Edition starts to slow down. Pretty unfortunate, because we can’t continue the work which we want to present our CEO soon. Are they any known issues or advices? We already reinstalled everything and also canceld and started the AA Bot Agent Service in windows services multiple times without success Kind regards Philipp

How to connect Oracle Database using ODBC

Hi, I am trying to make connection with Oracle database using ODBC but this exception occurs. I provided all required Server Name, Service Name etc. and also i install Oracle SQL driver and connect to the data base but when i try to connect through connect activity in a360 bot then this error occurs.

There is an application on where i add some people's details and click Save, but it throws error. How to find workaround?

It was giving this error on A360, and was perfectly running on A11, but it started to give error on A11 too. When the bot fills the places(textboxes) and click on Save, it throws error. When the bot fills the places, and I click on Save, it throws same error When I fill the places manually, and click on Save, it works perfectly.. What may be the solution? Why I cannot untie an Unattended license from AAV11?

I have a BOT in a server, the license of this BOT is Unattended and I will not use anymore, so I need to untie that license from that AAV11 client. I did all the steps to untie the license but nothing works. Besides, the control room shows me this error. I did all the points that mention, but nothig works. Can you help me pls?

Doesn't CurrentlyActiveWindow mean the window thats seen when the task runs?

When i select CurrentlyActiveWindow for Record:Capture, it tries to capture on A360 interface where we do our project Also there is no window name that i want to capture, so i cant keep on.

Automation Anywhere Community Edition Recorder resolution mismatch. By the looks of things it seems that I have a resolution mismatch error of some sorts. When trying to capture an email box from a browser on google chrome I will hover my mouse over

object until it turns red then i will click to capture. However, when going back to review the object i have just captured it hasn't captured the object i wanted. How can i fix this problem? I checked my google Chrome's zoom and it's on 100% so nothing wrong there. See picture above for reference. As well as this when reviewing the properties for the image captured it contain the information for the object i want captured but just doesn't capture the correct object.

Question About Hosting v11.3.x Control Rooms in Azure

We were recently told by AA that a minimum version of 11.3.2 was needed before hosting a control room in the Azure cloud. We are asking a more detailed question as to whether this applies only to the server software installation or if the BOT runner and BOT developer clients should also be at v11.3.2 or higher? Our environment is currently running v11.3.1.1 server and clients.

While executing a MessageBox Bot I am getting error "We found an issue that prevents the bot from running."

It says "Search for 'preprocessing' on https://docs.automationanywhere.com/csh?context=csh-preprocessing-error-messages/p> to find the most common ". When I check the link, I am unable to find anything matching my scenario as my BOT has just a message Box containing "Hi" If someone has faced similar scenario please suggest where I might be going wrong.

How to extract ( Correct and clean ) text from editable PDF ?

I am using PDF: Extract Text action to extract text from editable pdf filled by user. When I use filled pdf to extract text it only extract labels from that pdf not values of that labels. I used PDF: extract Image OCR: Capture image by path Log to file But it is not extracting proper text from image. problems occurs in extract text of label having check boxes as values. what are best way to extract clean and as it is text from editable pdf/ image . Thanks in advance
