Hi Vikas 8517,
- Can you delete Delete below file if exist,
C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\AutomationAnywhere\registration.properties
and then uninstall and reinstall the Bot Agent and check again?
If this does not help,
- Open Task Manager (as Admin)
- Click Services
- Click on STOP on "Automation Anywhere bot" running Service
- Re-install bot agent
