Please let me know if there is an option to provide proxy host and port number details for accessing WEB API in A360. Also to enhance the timeout limit to get the response.

Sorry, we don't have the option to add a SOAP proxy server and timeout setting from the bot level.
You can try adding the same in parameters or in 'Wait for action to complete', please check the below article for more information.
