I am getting this error with the Excel Advanced package. I have a bot that opens the file and then a subbot that is supposed to read the excel file using the global session created in the parent bot. Both bots have the same package version. When I run the bot while checked out it does not give the error, but when I check it in to public it throws the error every time. I have verified that the package version is the same multiple times and all packages are the default version. It was working previously and started throwing this error a few weeks ago and I cannot figure out why or what changed. Any idea why it would work when checked out or cloned but the exact same bot does not work when public?

Team,I have a 50 portal links and login credentials which has same portal design,I need to open each portal and logged in and click download the reports it might take time from 2 mins to 30 mins the time might different from one portal to another ,so i made a bot to open and click download the reports by adding tab , but i need to close the tab after downloading.I was tried to create a loop to check each tab if download popup came made a simulate key strokes to close the current tab, however it went some time fails if portal is not loading or some issue ,How to made the tab as auto close after downloading , and suggest me , if any alternatives to handle this

Whats the validity of initial TRY/ CATCH Block? Will it be in use even after the next TRY/CATCH Block? TRY - 1….TRY - 2 CATCH - 2 ACTIONS 1 CATCH - 1 Will actions 1 will be handled by TRY 1? I remember reading somewhere that the validity of first TRY ends when the next TRY comes.. I understand that the TRY 2 is only for actions within that block
I need to maximise the browser by using ‘ALT+SPACE+X’ keystroke than using Window maximise action. Is there any possibility to use SPACE bar keystroke on stimulate keystroke action?

Issue DescriptionI'm implementing Control Room APIs within actionable emails, which requires hardcoding the X-Authorization token in the email template. Currently, we're facing a limitation with the token expiration time:- The maximum token timeout appears to be 7 days- Token cannot be dynamically updated since it's embedded in the email- This duration is insufficient for our use case Question1. Is there a way to extend the token expiration beyond 7 days?2. If not, are there any recommended workarounds for long-term API access in actionable emails?Additional ContextThis is for a production environment where emails may need to remain actionable for extended periods. Requiring token updates every 7 days isn't feasible due to the static nature of sent emails.Any insights or alternative approaches would be greatly appreciated.
Bot running window in the down right corner is not showing, so the client cannot monitor it neither pause it.
Hello all, We have tried to set up our first service/process triggered bot. However, we have encountered a problem with refreshing a list of services/processes stuck on “Getting options…” screen. Does anyone have any idea, what could be the cause of this issue and how to resolve it? I have found no solution in documentation or forums so far. Best regards!
