Pathfinder Summit - Support Thread

Hi Lu, the emailed access links’ redirect provider for to the event’s site is blacklisted by my org, are there any other methods of accessing the event’s keynotes and activities besides the email received?

​@G00 Check with your IT department and see if they can help allow-list our domain. See if you can use a VPN (maybe an in-browser VPN like in Firefox) to access the site. Otherwise, you may have to resort to using a personal device or laptop. 

Clicking on the Agenda events does not offer any links to join the Keynotes and other sessions besides the hands on games. Is there a different access point?

If you see “Register” in the upper-right corner of the screen, go back to your email, find a recent email from us, and click the JOIN NOW button. There were some issues with getting people logged in (me too!) and the JOIN NOW button seems to fix it.
